Entry frequency: once every three months/multiple times every five years

Single stay duration: 30 days, subject to the issuance of the embassy/consulate/30 to 90 days, subject to the issuance of the embassy/consulate

Visa validity period: 3 months, subject to consulate issuance/5 years, subject to consulate issuance

Scope of acceptance: It is applicable to applicants who live, work, and have registered residence registration in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Anhui for a long time (if the applicant's registered residence is not in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui, the original and copy of the residence permit of the place of residence must be provided


The following materials are generally necessary and must be provided regardless of identity:

1. Original and photocopy of passport (valid for six months)

2. One 2-inch white background color photo

3. Original ID card

4. Visa Application Form

5. Required materials

(1) Full time lecturers or above in universities (including junior colleges), as well as teachers in primary, middle, and high schools (original and photocopy of teacher qualification certificate; proof of employment)

(2) Those who entered South Korea before January 27, 2016 (copy of the entry and exit visa page and entry and exit seal on their passport)

(3) Persons with registered residence registration in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiamen, Tianjin, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Changsha, Qingdao and Chongqing (original and copy of household registration book)

(4) Individuals who are identified as holding personal assets such as real estate, financial assets, and enterprises worth RMB 2 million or more (property proof materials: original property certificate and purchase invoice, bank deposit certificate, business license, and proof of investment amount, etc.)

(5) Chinese civil servants and holders of official ordinary passports (proof of employment; civil servant certificate and work certificate)

(6) Management personnel of enterprises investing over 1 million US dollars (1 billion Korean won) in South Korea (investment certification materials and employment certificates)

(7) Individuals with a monthly income of RMB 5000 or more (bank statements of wages for the past 6 consecutive months; tax payment certificates or social insurance payment vouchers for the past 6 months)

(8) Chinese citizens under 17 years old and over 55 years old (original and photocopy of household registration book)

(9) Current students and graduates of four-year universities (proof of enrollment or academic certification report from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center)

(10) Holders of OECD (22 countries) visas who have visited more than once: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Finland (copies of corresponding country's passport visa page and immigration seal page)

(11) Users with Alipay sesame credit score above 780 (credit evaluation report issued by Alipay)
